a snippet from my kitchen for you.

So two recipes for you. Bon appetit. Or eat up, y'all.

Anytime Smoothie
1-2 cups of Almond Milk, vanilla, unsweetened
1-2 Tbs Peanut Butter
1 banana
A little more than a pinch of pumpkin spice

Blend. Drink. Enjoy.

Italian Stew
1 can of crushed tomatoes
Half a jar of parmesan cheese
Red potatoes
1 can of cream of potato
1 can of cream of mushroom
1+ hot italian sausage
1-2 cans of chicken broth
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
3-5 leaves of basil
salt, pepper to taste

Brown the sausage with crushed garlic and olive oil. Place in crockpot. Add chopped carrots, potatoes, soups, broth, spices. Let it sit for 4-6 hours on high, or 8-10 hours on low. Enjoy with homemade garlic bread and shredded mozzarella cheese.
