Bake.
cinnamon chip muffins:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 box vanilla pudding mix
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Make a well in the dry, and stir until mixed (but not smooth!). Add one bag of cinnamon chips.
Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes. (Keep an eye on them. When the tops are slightly brown, they're done.)
Enjoy!
